Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses PeeStream ("we", "us"): uploaders with an account and viewers who watch videos. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

1. Who can use PeeStream

  • You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content where you live.
  • One person, one account. Accounts created to get around a suspension are closed.

2. What you may upload

  • Only content you own or have the right to share.
  • Adult content is allowed only when every person shown was 18 or older at the time of recording and agreed to be recorded and to have the content shared. You must be able to show this if we ask.
  • Never allowed: anything involving minors or people who look like minors in a sexual context; content made or shared without consent, including hidden cameras and "revenge" content; sexual violence; bestiality; content that promotes terrorism or real violence; malware. See the Child safety policy.

3. Your videos

  • You keep all rights to your videos. You give us the permission we need to store, encode and stream them to the people you share them with.
  • We never delete videos for inactivity. We remove a video if you delete it, if it breaks these terms, or after a valid legal notice (see Copyright / DMCA).

4. Earnings

  • You earn for counted views at the rates on Earn money. We may change rates; changes apply to views after the change.
  • Views from bots, traffic exchanges, paid or forced views, auto-play tricks, or anything meant to inflate counts are not paid. If we find them, we may hold or cancel the related earnings and close the account.
  • Earnings from videos removed after a valid copyright notice may be cancelled.
  • Earnings become available 7 days after the views. Payouts are made in USDT to the wallet you set. You are responsible for the wallet address and for any taxes on your income.
  • After a wallet change, payouts to the new wallet start 72 hours later. We may ask you to confirm your identity before large or unusual payouts.

5. Your account

  • Keep your password safe and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Earnings from rule-breaking activity are not paid.

6. The service

  • We work to keep PeeStream fast and available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the earnings we owe you.

6a. PeeStream Vault (paid backup)

  • Vault is an optional paid backup of the videos in your account. It is encrypted and kept outside the platform. Vault keeps one copy in the EU. Vault Dual also keeps a second copy in another country, with a different provider.
  • Vault is paid in advance for 6 or 12 months, in whole TB, from your PeeStream balance or with USDT. There is no monthly billing. The price and any discount are shown on the VIP page before you order; the total is rounded down to a whole dollar.
  • Your Vault backup starts within 7 days after payment. We send you a message when the first copy is complete. The guarantee and your paid period start at that moment.
  • If we do not complete the first copy within 7 days after payment, we automatically refund the full amount to your PeeStream balance. You do not need to ask for it.
  • The backup covers your videos up to the size you bought. New videos are added automatically within that size.
  • While your Vault is active, if your videos become unavailable because of a failure on our side, we restore your videos from the backup at no extra cost. Videos you deleted, and videos removed because they break these terms or after a valid legal notice, are not restored.
  • With auto-renew on, we renew the same plan, size and period from your balance 3 days before the end. If you do not renew, we keep the backup for 30 more days and then delete it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we show a notice in your panel before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
