18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

PeeStream is a video hosting service. We do not produce any of the content stored or streamed on the service and we are not a "primary producer" or "secondary producer" of it as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75. All content is uploaded by independent users, who are solely responsible for it.

Under our Terms of service, every uploader of adult content confirms that all people shown were at least 18 years old at the time of recording and consented to being recorded and to the distribution of the content, and that the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 are kept by the producer of that content. Uploaders must provide proof of age and consent on request.

Content that may involve a minor is removed and reported as described in our Child safety policy. To report content, use the report form.
